Lead Interior Designer, Maryland
Born in Los Angeles and growing up in Guatemala, Leslie earned her degree in Interior Design from the Universidad del Istmo. After college, she opened D-Estilo, a showroom and design studio in Guatemala City where her successes grew her client base and added projects to her substantial portfolio.
Upon Leslie's 2010 arrival in Baltimore, she accepted the position as Su Casa’s lead designer. Over the last decade while performing this management role, Leslie’s responsibilities also included designing the stores’ layouts and vignettes, curating upholstered furniture, case goods and rugs, and the selection of vendors. Leslie's work can be found in the homes of clients throughout the Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and DC areas and beyond.
She specializes in floor plan development, decor setup, space planning, color and finish consulting, furniture design, furniture and material selection, project management, 3D renderings, and home staging.

Lead Designer, Delaware
Born and raised in Maryland spending every summer in Bethany Beach. Rachel graduated from College of Charleston in South Carolina with a major in Historic Preservation and Community Planning and a minor in Urban Studies. She is currently working towards her Certificate of Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design.
She specializes in 3-D renderings, paint colors, tile selections, and creating a unified designs for any space. For Rachel, being hired as someone's designer is more than just a job, but a relationship with each client. She enjoys bringing beauty and balance into your house to make it a home.
